Karen Lambert 2008/2009 School Year

Karen is a member of Green Valley Baptist Church and is one of the
Founding Mothers of the Little Ed Learning Center. The center
originated with her own daughter Kira in mind, she is committed to the
goals and purpose of Little Ed. and feels blessed to have had a part in
this Ministry of the church since its inception.
Your child
can know that they will be loved, cared for, and encouraged to develop
and better the skills they will need in preparation for
kindergarten..... and just have fun too!!
Karen, her
husband Kent, and their daughter Kira live in the Huffman Hill area of
Lebanon. She can be reached at home at (276) 880-1210 for any
questions/concerns you may have. She welcomes you to be part of
the "Little Ed. Family".
ADMISSION
REQUIREMENTS
·
All students must be fully
toilet trained. Diapers, training pants or pull-ups are not allowed.
·
Student ages: 3 to
kindergarten. Proof of age required (birth certificate).
·
Completed admission
application.
·
Emergency card (health
issues).
·
Two months tuition paid
upon acceptance into the program and applied toward the September and October tuition charges.
REGISTRATION
·
Classes are filled on a
first-come, first-serve basis according to the date of enrollment. To
ensure a quality program, the Learning Center maintains a low
child/teacher ratio.
·
If classes become filled,
a child’s name will be put on a waiting list. Waiting list candidates
are considered if vacancies occur during the year.
·
Enrolled children are
eligible to submit an application for the following school year by May 1st
to be considered before outside enrollments are taken.
PAYMENT
·
A $50.00 tuition for the
Tuesday, Thursday class and a $75.00 tuition for the Tuesday, Thursday,
Friday class is to be paid on the first class day of each month. If
payment is not received by the first class day of each month, written
notification will be sent home, and a $10.00 late fee may be charged.
·
Payments are accepted in
the form of checks or money order only. Cash payments will not be
accepted.
The Little Ed
Learning Center staff reserves the right to refuse service or to request
the withdrawal of a child. Each situation is evaluated on an individual
basis.
